Above monthly rates are based on single occupancy in a private room.

For double occupancy the chosen rate will be multiplied by one and a half times.

All homestay rates are in US dollar currency.

The table of rates above show minimum starting rates for each level of accommodation.

*Short stay weekly rates apply to occupancy of 21 days or less. It includes daily breakfast.
