IHA was established with one goal in mind. This goal is to provide a suitable match between STUDENTS and HOST FAMILIES worldwide. The agency started helping student and families in March 2005 out of Vancouver Canada with its first application VHA - Vancouver Homestay Agency Inc.

Following to this, IHA has branched out to help students and families in Victoria and Whistler, British Columbia. Now IHA is extending its networks to Seattle, WA and London, UK.

IHA is now growing more, looking for dedicated affiliates, in other major cities in Canada, USA and Europe, who should have entrepreneurial sprits and true wish to assist their local host families and students worldwide.
